When we’re ready, from the initial contact, through the walk-through of our property, the advice he provided, the enthusiasm he showed us about our property, and most importantly his sincerity and honesty won our votes to pass him our property. He always keeps us informed with the latest progress of the house, the renovations and anything else we need to be aware. Doesn’t matter what time he was contacted, he always gets back pronto! With all his great efforts and his amazing renovation team, our house was sold at first open inspection. I’m not sure if that’s a record for him, but that’s certainly a result any vendor for private sale would have hoped for!! Cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you again Nunzio! From the moment I met Chris, I felt a sense of honesty and sincerity and that proved to be the case when I decided to make an offer on the property. There were some financial matters that had to be dealt with and Chris clearly relayed the message to the Vendors and had both party's communicating in a relaxed and open manner. Had another agent with a different approach been involved, the deal may not have got across the line.
