We purchased the home from Nunzio back in 2015 and have just sold it with Nunzio as well. Nunzio had managed to maintain a professional, charismatic and informative outlook over the time we have known him. He kept the relationship open with us, even when we were not selling, keeping us informed in all market movements over this time. When we expressed our interest to sell our house on the market, Nunzio showed his local market knowledge and expertise and we held off the listing of our home until he guided us to the correct time and most importantly what the best time was for our family. They say selling a house is stressful and we are not about to disagree with that, although being able to contact Nunzio and express our thoughts and concerns and have a very caring and honest individual on the other end has streamlined the process. Today was sold our home and it was a very serendipity moment where we got to open one door but close another. Nunzio was very empathetic to this moment which is a credit to his character.
