Steven approached me in November 2014 shortly after I had emailed the manager of Barry Plant in Point Cook to enquire about the process of selling my place. I really appreciated his persistence in following how I was going with the sale of my property at Whiteley Ave and purchase of a new place in Newport. The first time I met him, I was really impressed by how enthusiastic and positive he was about the prospect of selling my place and how much I could expect to sell it. I found him honest, smart, patient and friendly. He clearly explained the process and costs associated with the sale of my place. The process of finding a place in Newport took me several months and during this period, Steven even gave me advice on three properties which I was looking to buy in Newport. It was really kind and generous of him to spend time contacting people to enquire about the places I hoped to buy. Finally, I bought the place in early June 2015 and my property at Whiteley ave was officially advertised on the web. To my surprise, Steven managed to get three offers on the third day since the place was up for sale. At around 6pm on the same day, he presented me with the highest offer, which was quite higher than my expectation, and I signed the contract. I highly recommend him if you are considering to sell your place, or even buy a new one. It was a great experience for me working with Steven throughout the sale of my place in Point Cook and purchase of new one in Newport.
