I first met Steven about 1.5 years ago when i first started considering selling my house, He was very friendly, down to earth and personable and honest, after we initially met we hadn't spoken for 8 months as i hadn't fully decided on the sale, however he bumped into me at a local cafe and it was as if I had only spoken to him yesterday, he remembered who I was and the house I was selling, I was impressed. Nunzio wasn't my first choice, but he was my husbands, he seem too young and I didn't think he had the experience, even though they all say they do. I will be the first to admit I couldn't be more further from the truth, Nunzio was excellent. He listened, (actually listened to us), he gave us suggestions (not in a way of "you need to do this" demand), and was realistic, always open for communication. Once sold, (in record time I might add), Nunzio, continued to communicate with us, even if there wasn't anything to really talk about, the line of communication was still opened. When settlement was getting closer, Nunzio was onto everything, again communicating, (as it had been a very long time since we last sold a property), giving us every bit of information that we would need to get ready for settlement.
