Paps is a wonderful and very professional real estate agent. Unlike many other agents, Paps was very transparent and honest about everything. He was genuine, supportive and very helpful through out the life cycle of the transaction. I asked him about the price I could quote which could get me the property and he walked me through with everything and worked with me to get me the property in a reasonable time frame. He didn't played cheap roles of going back and forth with price which helped me a lot and saved both mine and vendor's time. The owners were overseas but that didn't stopped Paps chasing my queries and getting back to me in timely fashion. He took time to understand my situation and suggested the best outcome possible.
