We used Ross Kontossis as our agent when selling our home in Reservoir. From our first meeting, we found him to be be very professional, while always remaining friendly and enthusiastic without being pushy. He gave us great advice re preparing our house for sale, and showed great skills in marketing our house at a very busy time in everyone's lives..heading towards Christmas. To make his job even harder we rather foolishly bought before selling, which put enormous pressure on us all. Ross kept us informed at all times and encouraged us to remain positive and optimistic. We had a twilight auction 4 days before Christmas which we were very nervous about, but once again Ross was on top of it, keeping in touch with anyone that showed interest and promoting the sale . He was also the auctioneer and after a 45 minute marathon, where he showed his skills once again, never giving up and encouraging everyone to keep on bidding, our house was sold at a price that Ross had indicated. We had the support of his colleague, Peter, who was also a great asset. On the day of the auction we were supported by about 6 agents from Barry Plant who attended to assist at the auction. We got to know Adrian when we were initially buying a place in Reservoir a few years ago.
