Before Ross, I met so many agent in the past 10 years to buy and sell. Most of them are similar and catch your business quickly and deliver it differently later. I am so surprised to find that Ross is very honest and down to earth. He also work very hard and good looking too. Of course he arrived on time and never late one second. He gave me a lot of suggestions and found best strategies which suits sales of our house. Ross is excellent and unbelievable negotiator. He is different with so many agent. Ross put his words in real action and he is really work for the best interests of his clients. He take proud of his job and not just for commission. He is excellent for detail and work extremely hard for client. We got our dream result and sold before even first open inspection. He save us so many time and energy. I have had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past not responding to enquiries not returning calls just bad customer service in general in Adrian I found the total opposite always putting the customer first very responsive and always open and honest about any query I had. I will definitely be using Adrian above any other agent in the future. I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism. I know their are only 5 stars but I'd give way more

My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adrian to anyone looking for an honest, professional and friendly Real Estate Agent to sell their home. Adrian is very knowledgeable about how the market is performing, especially in Reservoir and the surrounding suburbs. Each open for inspection was conducted by Adrian himself and we were always called with an update the same day. Potential buyers who attended the opens were followed up on to gauge their interest and we were given regular feedback. Adrian is an excellent communicator, he put us at ease, and I'm sure he did the same with the potential buyers who viewed our home. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Our property got passed in at auction - due to no fault of Adrian's, the right buyer for our home just wasn't there on the day. The week following the auction Adrian worked tirelessly and remained positive that we would get a good result in line with the market at the time. Two further open for inspections resulted in more than one offer being made, which were professionally dealt with by Adrian. I contacted Ross as he was the agent who I purchased the home originally. I saw how hard he worked for his client back in 2009. He is always very approachable, knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. Provided great tips on selling the house and gave a positive just valuation of my property. After engaging Barry plant to sell one of our assets we felt comfortable through the whole process. The timing of the sale dur9ing a slight lull period in the market meant that we didn't have a lot of buyers through the property. Auction day though is were the agent really showed their ability to negotiate. After the buyers were reluctant to bid we passed the property in but the agent Ross Kontossis was able to negotiate the buyers $90,000 from their lowest bid. That's a professional negotiator, thanks again Ross and team highly recommended.
