I feel like I should start with honesty. I've always found if difficult to trust realestate agents because they often tell you what you want to hear, which isn't always the truth. I never felt this way with Adrian, he was always straight with us. He worked hard to get us the result we wanted and far exceeded our expectations. My favourite thing about Adrian is that he became a friend. We wanted a private sale and when we were going to sign the contract of sale papers for a result that was already more than we had hoped for, Adrian actually tricked us by filming my husband and I about to sign and then him breaking the news that the sale was a lot more than we had thought!
