The process was quite fast once the application was submitted (2Apply can be tedious for the initial applicant and does take a while to enter all details). I did make an error with contact details for my previous agent and having those updated for the reference was difficult (needed to speak to an outside section of the agency). The property managers have been amazing so far and communication with them but has been very easy.

Personally, I have not had contact with any of the sales staff - my daughter is the main tenant of our rental property. I have however had contact with the reception staff - whom I found to be always courteous, professional and helpful.

The staff have been very friendly and helpful, the automated communication kept us informed of the status of our application, however there was some delay on the landlords end and my only feedback would be to keep us up-to-date with this as I had difficulty reaching anyone when I wasn't a tenant. As a tenant, communication is easy through propertyme!
