You are doing are pretty good job there but only thing is to fasten up the process before giving the place to someone and also instead of going through all the customer service line it would be better if given manager contact for the tenants would be really great.

Application was very easy to take care of with minimum fuss even with my very rough recollection of past rental history time frames and agents. Every thing was handled on line and over the phone from contracts being signed, bond and first months rent being paid and utilities being hooked up.
