Had to deal with four or five different agents. Did NOT put in my application I’d pay more, I told Tyla that. So we could have got the house for $520 with a weeks free rent had she not said anything. And that is what the property is worth. There are so many things broken, we have also discovered the back gates bang all night because they don’t close properly because the post is bent. Very disappointed in our experience, and I hope if we deal with obrian again in the future it will be a positive experience. We are however, happy in our new home at least, so thank you for that.
