Review of Kevin (Nam) Tran

Kevin is an excellent realtor who helped us with the purchase of our new home. He negotiated on our behalf the price we were prepared to pay and achieved a fine result for us. Kevin has excellent communication skills which allowed him to negotiate between us and the seller. His persistence was what sealed the deal for us. I found Kevin very honest in his dealings with us and at no stage did he try to pressure or influence us to purchase. He left it up to us to make the final decision. I believe Kevin is a great asset to the St Albans office of Barry Plant and will go a long way in having a successful career in real estate. All the best young man.
