A knowledgeable and credible agent
From the first time I met Alan I realised he had excellent local knowledge of my area and knew just what strategies would work best to sell my home in a timely manner. We were very delighted to engage Alan Au from Barry Plant to sell our home. We had interviewed several real estate agents in the area however Alan stood over and above the others in so many ways. He was very professional in the way he conducted himself, knows the market very well and his charisma and aura of confidence and dedication to what he does best was exactly what we were looking for. He pretty much said "leave it to me" Alan approached our tenants to advise the vendor (us) were going to put the property on the market and he handled the situation way better than what we anticipated and minimising any disruptions and inconveniences. What we didn't expect was that after the property when live on the internet, within days, Alan called to say he had a good offer. We thought he was wasting our time however he went out of his way at 9pm in the evening to meet up at Barry Plant Office and propose the Offer. We couldn't believe it. It was a first offer too good to be true and we accepted with no hesitations. Alan was very proactive constantly in contact in keeping us in the loop and getting the section 32 done sooner than later and moving forward with minimal stress. Thank you Alan for selling our property and your professionalism and expertise making the process so much easier.
