Kevin has been a really great agent to work with through this whole process. He gave good honest advice that suited my budget and my situation and I felt he was working towards a fair outcome for both his client and myself rather than pushing me for higher offers. This meant that I didn't question his honesty in regards to the information or advice he was giving me. He has been very flexible with viewings/meeting times and paperwork given that I live on the other side of the city and very responsive when I have questions or concerns. Overall I would recommend Kevin as he has been a joy to deal with and has made the buying process as stress free for me as possible.

They say that a person is only as good as their word. In this day and age, it is very rare to find someone who is willing to be upfront and honest with you. The general consensus is for people to prioritise their own interest at the expense of yours. This was not the case with Alex and Maria from Barry Plant Deer Park. My wife and I have been in the market for a couple of months, working through house inspection after house inspection. We dealt with a variety of real estate agents, some of whom were quite pushy and continually went around in circles with their advice and recommendations. It was very refreshing to have finally met with Alex and Maria who were magnificent to work with from the very beginning. They provided us with their undivided attention when discuss details of the property and refrained from answering his phone or talking to others like so many other real estate agents that we had previously met with. Notwithstanding that they still had clients to support (the vendors), Alex and Maria were able to provide us with an open understanding of the property and its surrounding circumstances. Even after we had purchased the property, Alex and Maria continued to go above and beyond and have been organising and liaising with the neighbours for us (on their own accord) to repair the collapsed rear fence at no expense to us. My general experience with any sales transactions is that, once the agreement/contract has been signed, the sales staff usually takes a hiatus and seldom answers their phones. Alex and Maria on the other hand, have been following up with me regarding the property repairs and have been an absolute wonder to deal with. We could never have anticipated the serendipity with working with an established agent and agency until we actually committed to the property. There are so many bad experiences floating around so it was very refreshing for us to have been able to meet and work with Alex, Maria and the team. Thank-You !!

Alex was a very professional and diligent agent, who we have dealt with. We weren’t certain if we were selling, initially, and just wanted to speak with a local agent about the area and market. We are living in an eastern suburb and one agent has suggested that we come into his St Albans office, so he can show us some recent sales data… But for Alex, he didn't hesitate giving up a few hours of his Saturday afternoon, to see us at our place… We were very confident and felt informed, in the whole process. We were very happy with the final result, after a couple weeks, so I would recommend Alex to anyone!
