The Best at Barry Plant!
Kevin showed us some properties around St Albans for residential purpose and we finally settled on a beautiful property which we absolutely fell in love with at first sight. Throughout the process of negotiation with the vendor, Kevin proved to us his professionalism but yet had the approachable and friendliness nature of him. Kevin showed great enthusiasm in his sales approach in each and every property that we looked at. There was never a negative word or hush or body language that we sensed. Would recommend Alan to anyone selling / buying a house
After my father passed away in February 2017 I contacted Alan to get advice on selling my dads house. Alan was caring and thoughtful right from the start, knowing that this was a difficult time. He went out of his way to make sure that everything that was done with respect and kept in contact with me regarding what was happening. He made the sale of my dads house as smooth as he could for me and made sure he got the best outcome for everyone involved. I would not hesitate in recommending Alan to anyone wanting to sell (or buy) a house. He was not just a 'real estate agent' but treated the whole thing like he was also a friend.
