Outstanding!
Alex and the team are remarkable. Firstly like to say "Thank you" for an outstanding experience. Sold my property in 2 weeks and achieved the price agreed. Alex has exceptional knowledge of the area and the market. He kept us updated and was available when needed. Highly recommend Barry Plant ( St Albans) to any buyer or seller!

Professional and a pleasure to deal with
Alan was recommended to me by an agent at the Caroline Springs Barry Plant office. I found Alan to be a polite, quiet spoken and a very patient man. His professionalism was second to none. His communication skills were excellent. He made the process of selling my parents home extremely easy. He explained the process from the start and communicated any issues immediately. There weren't many due to Alan's planning. He kept me well informed and was extremely easy to deal with. He was very sympathetic to the fact that he was selling the family home and that he was dealing with a grieving family. Alan is extremely intelligent with the strategies of selling a home. He is a trustworthy man. I can't recommend him highly enough and I can't thank him enough for assisting us in our time of need. He managed to sell the home well above the reserve price. Very very happy
We are still in the process of selling however I am finding Alan so very helpful, I am acting for my daughter as she is overseas and Alan has been informing me of all the outcomes, has never failed to return all my calls and would definitely recommend Alan to any of my friends who wish to buy or sell a property
