We very readily recommend Alan (Cuong) Au for his ability to sell ur property.
Alan was consulted very early in our preparation to sell a property in St Albans. He suggested that we clean up the yard, clean up the house and get rid of the clutter. Coming from Ballarat, we had no idea who the tradies were, however he gave us the contacts we required to get the job done. After some seven months of hard work, we called Alan back to sell the property. We found he communicated very well with us, his presented most professionally and he got "top dollar" for all our hard work. Most definitely we recommend Alan for his skill and knowledge. A Real Estate Agent who does less talking and more listening
From the moment I met Alex at my property, he was just being himself. He inspected the property, offered to have a further discussion at his office ( The other agents I spoke to, did not do this). He offered me the opportunity to see him in an auction before I decided on who to appoint as my agent ( other agents did not do this). We met again in the office afterwards to go over the offer and at no stage did ne decide - I made the decision. Most agents give you the assumptive close, which insults the intelligence of the Vendor. He gave me a realistic price on my property and went over my expections with the sale price. Overall, very happy with the whole process, even being kept informed throughout the entire way.

Importance of selecting the right agent
When I first met Alex from Barry Plant he showed enthusiasm and was keen to be the agent to sell my mother's house.
