Andrew is an Agent that provides a service to a level that is extremely rare, in fact I would say I haven't encountered before! It was certainly an easy choice to make when selling my property that without any question or hesitation, he would be the Agent I would choose. Even then, he still managed to exceed all my expectations in every way. His knowledge, his attitude and his ability goes beyond what you would expect or require. From the moment he listed my property, he kept us informed, he gave advice, he talked us through every inspection/open house we had from the amount of groups to all the comments made, what his thoughts were from feedback and followed up and kept in contact with every buyer, he had our trust 100% and never abused it, he has a very warm and friendly nature but at the same time is professional in every way. Our Open House's- Absolutely amazing! He went way above and beyond in his whole approach, the set up, the information on display, the water bottles, the chocolates (it was over Easter!!), his whole presentation was amazing! Come Auction day, he stepped it up again!! He was aware we were going to have a big crowd and organised some catering, I was a nervous wreck, he calmed me, re-assured me and I truly believe by listening to all his advice and the way in which he handled the whole campaign was reflective of not only the end result but also the amount of people that attended the Auction. He is an exceptional gentleman, I could rave on about him forever but he is someone who still has the "old school" values and morals combined with an extremely exceptional level of dedication, professionalism and pride that is transparent in his attitude to his work, hence is why he is so successful. If people ask me about him, it's quite simple, he is the sort of man you wish or can only hope your Daughter will marry and I think that is the highest compliment you can give someone.
