What a marvelous experience it was dealing with Brett, Janelle and the Barry Plant Wantirna team! From start to finish, Brett kept me up to date on the sale process. We were promised a ‘Red Carpet Experience’ and that is exactly what we got from the entire Barry Plant team.Prior to signing up with Barry Plant, Wantirna, we attended several open for inspections listed by different agencies to get a feel for how each conducted their business at this important event in the process of selling a property. The Barry Plant team were clear winners, treating each prospective buyer with courtesy whilst maintaining a respectful distance during the inspection to enable the buyer to consider the property on offer without feeling pressured.At the initial visit to list the property, Brett clearly demonstrated a thorough understanding of the local market and the best strategy to achieve the result we were after. Soon after we were introduced to Janelle, Brendan, the rest of the team as well as the advertising personnel with whom we would be working. We could not help but be impressed by the obvious team spirit among the sales staff as well as the polite way in which we were treated.Throughout the selling process, it was clear that this was a highly professional team. After each open for inspection, we received a prompt text and follow up phone call about the level of interest of prospective buyers.
