Have been delivering Barry Plant leaflets for years so we know they work hard to be recognised in the area. Our bank manager even praised them . As soon as we signed up we had a number of agents come through the house, their estimate was exactly what we had hoped to achieve. Daniel kept us informed by phone and email. We had people coming through and driving past before the ink was dry on the contract. On the day of auction Daniel bought a buyer with him that had missed out on the earlier auction. they were unsuccessful but it helped our price. We sold well above our reserve.
