I bought the property from Philip Webb and the day i picked up the keys i discovered that the front door key was missing and i was informed that this will be replaced. Up to now the key has not been replaced. There is need for improved communication between the selling department and the letting department. Overall i am happy that they managed to find a tenant for me and i am still waiting for the repairs to be done. I have made several attempts to discuss with my letting manager with no success

I've been a client for several years and I was pleased with the way in which PhilipWebb managed my property. However, in the last year or two the service has declined significantly and I find myself having to chase problems that I should not... In addition, as of late there's been 3 different property managers looking after my property which didn't help. The new one has been there for 3-4 months and I learnt yesterday that apparently she's left PhilipWebb now. In the meantime, there are 2 outstanding issues that no one has responded to... I'm seriously considering taking my property to a different provider.
