Property Manager Did Not Act In Interest of the Landlord
My property manager for the past 2 years have acted overly in the interest of the Tenant, in expense of me, the Landlord. One example was a $500 repair to my roof for a complaint of moulds during winter. The repair done has no solid evidence that it has arrested the root cause of the mould. I was even asked to buy a $500 humidifier for the Tenant to control mould. I found the request ridiculous. There were other examples, too. A most recent one was that a damage/defect in my property was not reported in the Handing Over Report, but came up in the Entry Condition Report for the moving in of the new Tenant. There was not regular review of or feedback on perfomance of the property manager with me by her supervisor throughout the 2 years.

Top effectiveness and trustworthiness in this stormy economy
First of all the Property Manager is truly professional. Overcome language and physical distance to manage this aging property so well that has taken good care of tenants while maintained reasonable cash flow for owner. Second, the company continues to invest in systems that improve the efficiency and transparency of the managing process. Third, keep landlords updated on the legislation and our economy outlook. Fourth, a company with heart....running charity program annually. I would highly recommend to landlords,particularly those frequently travel abroad!!

Great services
We have been with Philip Webb since they brought up Stockdale rental service around 2007. My agent Sarah is great and on top of things without our prompting. We have referred at least 20+ properties of our friends' to them as well. We travelled lots so it is very important that they are good.

Quick Re-lease during Covid
