Great Agency to deal with

Would like to sincerely thank the Philip Webb team in particular Ritchie who did the market research and Rhiannon for for signing up the lease in the first open for inspection session. Quick rental

Our rental went up on a Thursday afternoon and we had a tenant put an application in the following Thursday we accepted and they moved in Christmas Eve!!! Was very happy it was rented out prior to Christmas

Great Property Manager

I find my property manager (Devorah) very good and hard working. I was surprised she sent out reports and replied my email at night a couple of times. I am happy with the services so far.

Wonderful customer service

I have recently re-leased my property. I was worried that it was not going to be a good time to get new tenants in. Shelley was with me every step of the way, calling regularly and guiding me through the process. Her communication style made me feel at ease and the property was leased quickly. I have always had good service

Considering the current Covid issues and lack of renters in the market I was really impressed with the quick re letting of my property. It was let after the first open for inspection.
