Professional Office

Poor customer service
It’s been about 2 months ,I moved in to the rental property From first day realised kitchen cabinet doors not closing properly and some other door need adjustment. I passed on the matter to property manager and followed up several times but unfortunately problems haven’t fixed yet. And it seems nobody care!

Easy to deal with
Overall an easy agency to deal with. We have an older home for lease, which means there are often issues that require repairs. Our agent, Liz, often deals with these in a timely manner and leaves little need for follow up on our part. She’s also quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with over email. My only feedback for improvement is that we recently needed to re-list the property and were advised to keep the old rental price. A quick market search on my part reveal our property could be listed for 10% more, so I was disappointed that Phillip Web didn’t do proper research to give us the best advice.
