Professional, friendly, attentive, but some loose ends
I believe Philip Webb Mitcham's service is better than most agents around. You actually feel like you're working with a human being, rather than a cog in a machine. Things that were above my expectation were the attention to details such as hundreds of photos in the condition report, itemised instructions to vacate, emergency repair instructions and nice, friendly details in the welcome pack. Some things could be improved were the property manager's comms. Maybe because the managers deal with a large number of properties, but little details were missed out at times (but not crucial). That being said, it's been pleasant working with the friendly human beings at Philip Webb Mitcham.

Great service, very professional
I'm leasing several properties through Philip Webb Mitcham and have been very happy with them. They have always gone out their way to help, and nothing is too big or too small. Throughout the years they have found contractors for repair jobs at reasonable price, on top of late rental payments, always prompt communications, very professional when it comes to leasing out a property. Wouldn't go to another agent for leasing properties in this area. Highly recommended.

Very Happy
Overall very good experience. I have one minor query though. I recently lost my tenant. After your extensive review of the vacated property we returned his bond in full. He was a very good tenant. However my query is this....after the new tenants moved in they discovered the toilet didn't flush and there were dripping taps. Shouldn't Philip Webb pick these things up on the final inspection? I think my outgoing tenant left a very light footprint, so I am not blaming him. But it seems in other circumstances these type of things could be due to bad tenants. Your feedback would be appreciated. Also Carly is doing a wonderful job. I feel well supported and definitely kept in the loop,,,regards, Alan Turnbull.

Our property manager knows our expectations and always meets them. Our departing tenant left some items and she arranged for the tenant to return and collect them. The new tenant seems to be ideal

Tenant changeover
Brooke Davison and her team were very efficient and professional .My property became vacant over the Christmas break, which is a difficult time to re lease, however they quickly found tenants without delay. Thanks once again Brooke, Cynthia Mclaren

When you want stuff done :D
Philip Webb's agents are the one's that'll get the job done. They're outstanding hard workers that just get on with the job. Some other agencies that take their time to action important items put your cash flow at a disadvantage, and you under stress. So if you're not interested in time wasters like me, Philip Webb's the go.
