Smooth sailing all the way
Emily at Barry Plant was extremely accommodating and made the process of moving into the new property as problem-free as once could reasonably expect. I genuinely appreciated her attention to detail and friendly disposition. Would not hesitate to recommend working with her and her office with regards to transitioning into a new residence.

Excellent rental manager.
Kate is a great communicator and very good rental manager. She keeps us up to date with any issues and looks after both us the landlord and the tenant. She has a good list of tradespeople who all conduct a high standard of work. She selected a very good tenant for us.

Excellent communication and felt listened too during the letting
Communication was excellent, with prompt emails and a quick phone call. The property had had tenants for 11 years, and was leased very quickly with a number of applications to select from. Our property manager, Emily is approachable and professional and is extremely knowledgeable and prompt with all communications. I would recommend Barry Plant, Wonthaggi to manage your property

Expert at what they do! Kelly is outstanding with her standards and communication.
