At each open home he was warm, welcoming and you could tell he genuinely cared about us and what we wanted. When we found that, he was patient, honest, and you could tell his goal was for us and the seller to all have smiles on our faces. As we had a few freak out moments (buying a house is a scary thing 😂) he calmly talked us through what we were feeling and provided refreshing reminders and support. Louis is a brilliant agent! After a unsuccessful attempt with another agent, we engaged Louis to appraise the property and give us a true opinion based on local knowledge, what we should do to sell our property for he best possible price. After a week, he presented us with a plan of action, that was going to cost us money upfront, but overall, make our home more palatable for the buyers we needed to attract. After a month of adjustments and sprucing up our home, we finally launched again on the market. We were instantly inundated with potential buyers from all over he country and within 3 months had sold our home for a price that was fair and met the market. We were ecstatic with the outcome and the effort that was put in by Louis and his staff.
