I made the shocking error in engaging an “off the Mountain “ Agent recommended by friend. It was an unmitigated disaster. The fool had zero knowledge of the market on the Mountain, barely introduced a single interested party apart from the usual nosy Parker’s and then had the audacity to tell me the market was flat and he required more marketing spend from me. After giving him the boot I engaged with Louis Bartle and his Team at Bartle Real Estate. From the outset the professionalism, respect, attention to detail, market knowledge etc were blatantly obvious and reassuringly welcomed. The first Open House realised more potential buyers in the first 30mins than the previous Agent could muster in 6wks ! The communication and feedback post each inspection was honest and transparent with genuine buyers identified early on. I had a contract within weeks well within my expectations and that of the buyer. The sale wasn’t without its complexities . Louis was a consummate negotiator and diplomat and a brilliant conduit of communication between both parties often after hours. To say I was delighted with the service from Louis and the Team at Bartle Real Estate is a massive understatement. I couldn’t speak more highly of their service and integrity. This was backed up by my solicitor as well. If I was selling another property on the Mountain there is NO other Agent I’d use and would recommend any other prospective buyer or seller for that matter to go no further than Bartle Real Estate. Louis and his Team have absolutely restored my faith in great service and a genuine focus on the customer which is so sadly absent from most transactions these days. Signed up with Louis to sell our property based on his record of sales in the area. We discussed the reserve price and the current market and pros and cons of the sale and campaign. We settled on a realistic reserve and Louis was confident that the price was right for the current market. The property was sold at the first viewing weekend and Louis subsequently engaged the prospective buyers and managed to secure a price above our reserve! We were very happy with the outcome and very grateful for Louis and his company in securing such a quick and successful outcome.
