I have known Louis for years and I’ve always found him to be honest, reliable respectful and a great communicator. He also has generations of local knowledge. Those were my reasons for choosing him. I was extremely satisfied and grateful with the way Louis and his team handled the process for me.

Thank you Robert for being a genuine, down to earth, honest, extremely knowledgeable professional who always went above and beyond! You absolutely made this entire experience so enjoyable and best of all…STRESS FREE!!! Always accommodating to all my questions or queries whilst able to respond so quickly too. I soon learnt if something needed to be actioned or followed up, you’d have done efficiently and immediately!!! Your communication skills were phenomenal. As was your knowledge of the houses, area and neighbouring suburbs! You absolutely stood apart from the other agents that I had encountered in the area. You were always so honest, down to earth, trustworthy, genuine and professional throughout the entire process. At no point were you pushy or intimidating like them - Thank you for breaking the mould and your point of difference! I genuinely couldn’t believe how supportive and helpful you were during this whole process - from start to finish and also post sale. You honestly were the BEST true first impression and introduction to the Mountain - which the Tambourine Mountain community and I are lucky to have you! Again, thank you for always going above and beyond. For being so genuine, fair, supportive and the best communicator for both the vendors and I. You literally played a huge part in this adventure of mine and I cannot thank you enough for the big role you played in turning my dream into a reality! I would absolutely recommend you to anyone and everyone looking for a genuine, trustworthy, honest and professional agent. Thank you again Rob!!!

Robert helped us buy our first family home this year and we could not be happier with his service. He is genuine and knowledgeable and listened to our many requests. His local knowledge and easy-going capability put our minds at ease during what can be a super stressful time.

I made the shocking error in engaging an “off the Mountain “ Agent recommended by friend. It was an unmitigated disaster. The fool had zero knowledge of the market on the Mountain, barely introduced a single interested party apart from the usual nosy Parker’s and then had the audacity to tell me the market was flat and he required more marketing spend from me. After giving him the boot I engaged with Louis Bartle and his Team at Bartle Real Estate. From the outset the professionalism, respect, attention to detail, market knowledge etc were blatantly obvious and reassuringly welcomed. The first Open House realised more potential buyers in the first 30mins than the previous Agent could muster in 6wks ! The communication and feedback post each inspection was honest and transparent with genuine buyers identified early on. I had a contract within weeks well within my expectations and that of the buyer. The sale wasn’t without its complexities . Louis was a consummate negotiator and diplomat and a brilliant conduit of communication between both parties often after hours. To say I was delighted with the service from Louis and the Team at Bartle Real Estate is a massive understatement. I couldn’t speak more highly of their service and integrity. This was backed up by my solicitor as well. If I was selling another property on the Mountain there is NO other Agent I’d use and would recommend any other prospective buyer or seller for that matter to go no further than Bartle Real Estate. Louis and his Team have absolutely restored my faith in great service and a genuine focus on the customer which is so sadly absent from most transactions these days. Huge Thanks to Louis , Sophie , Rob , Tess , Ed and Jodi for a truly BRILLIANT Team effort and the resultant positive outcome.
