Louis was incredibly knowledgeable of the Tamborine Mountain Market and achieved a better result than we were expecting in the time frame. Him and his agency had excellent communication throughout our sale, and even when minor unforeseeable issues arose, worked hard to ensure everyone's expectations were managed and both buyer and seller were satisfied. We're very grateful for his guidance and assistance, and would highly recommend.

Recently we purchased a home on the most beautiful place Mount Tamborine. From our first open we met Rob we were so impressed by Robs welcome but with no pressure something my partner and I respected. Upon making our decision to buy both Rob and Louis made each step so simple and comfortable. From the beginning to the end we have been very happy with all aspects of Bartle and can honestly say we would highly recommend them to anyone. Thankyou all. Christine and Toby.

Lou, Tess and team were very good with communications throughout the buying process, and made it as seamless as possible for us to secure our dream home and piece of the Mountain we love so much. We can’t thank them enough for making things happen - we felt we were in good hands!

We are very pleased we listed our home of many years with Louis and Rob. Having known Louis for a long time, we knew we could trust him and the team to do their very best to sell our much-loved home for a fair price. Throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble for Louis and Rob, and we are very grateful for their advice, encouragement and support. We have not hesitation in recommending Louis, Rob and the whole team at Bartle Real Estate.

Louis and his team knew exactly what qualities of my home would appeal to potential buyers, and they marketed it accordingly. They set a realistic "price point" which attracted a good number of people in to the open homes they hosted. Louis was prompt and clear in reporting back to me about the outcomes of these and a couple of private inspections. He talked through with me the offers I received, and the information enabled me to make the best decision about which offer to accept. At every step of the process I felt supported by a team I knew I could trust. They made the process of selling my place far easier and less stressful than I'd feared. I thoroughly recommend Bartle Real Estate for their local knowledge, their excellent comunication and their professional support.

Louis and the Team at Bartle Real Estate went above and beyond the service you generally receive from a real estate agent. Louis was personable, professional, and could not do enough for us to achieve the purchase of our property. He was still in contact well after the sale to answer any questions and to keep an eye on the property whilst we were overseas. In addition to this he was more than happy to refer local services to us to get some changes/additions to our property. I cannot recommend Louis and his team highly enough.
