Unfortunately we didn't start with Derek by the time we had reached him we were somewhat "agent weary". He had a very professional and pleasant manner. Was very clear from the get go what he could do for us. We are interstate and had many moving parts. He made the process as seamless as possible. Incredibly tough market conditions, some high expectations and tired sellers. Derek whipped us back in to shape and kept us informed as we worked our way thru the process. All is done and while it was not the outcome we had wished for he definately got us over the line in the best possible way. We have no hesitation in recommending Derek and his team. Wow - one home open, multiple offers and my house sold 3 days later! It really doesn't get much better than that. Forget EOI, End Date Sale etc, price your home! The strategies used by Derek Baston ensured that our home attracted maximal attention via social media and database followers. Derek was an absolute dream to work with. 109B Westminster was quite a unique property. Derek insight and knowledge of the area meant we priced the house correctly and got the sale we were looking for. Derek helped us get the property ready for sale with great advice including adding reticulation and lawn which certainly added value. Having a cricket pitch with a bat, ball and stumps set up for the sale was a great touch! The house was sold on the first home open, we couldn't have asked for more.
