The initial listing Sam wrote had all the information I needed to know I was interested in the property so I knew I wasn’t wasting my time by attending the open home. Whilst making the offer he was prompt in responding to queries, knew the answers to my questions about the property, and was straightforward to deal with. In instances where follow-up was required (I.e. with the seller or body corporate) Sam did so expeditiously. There were no high-pressure tactics used during the buying process and overall the experience was far less stressful than anticipated due in no small part to how Sam conducted himself. 5/5 would buy from again.
