Kind, patient and accomodating - great REA for first home buyers

Jess and her team have been amazing REA's to deal with as a first home buyer. They've been exceedingly kind, patient and knowledgeable to work with, and as a first home buyer this has made all of the difference to me. After 18 months in the market in Canberra I was really losing faith, but really lucked out finding a property I loved with Jess, Sienna and Matt leading on the sale. They stuck through my uncertainty and inexperience, and made me really comfortable making the MANY leaps that you need to buying your first property. Jess was even kind enough to 'open' the property after offer for my parents to look through. All of the little extra efforts have made this a really lively buying experience to date..

Professional, supportive and seamless from start to finish

Selling a home that had been in our family for more than 55 years was always going to carry some emotional weight. Sam took so much of the stress out of the process. His advice was excellent, his support was constant, and his professionalism and expertise were evident throughout. He worked hard on our behalf, kept everything moving smoothly and achieved an outcome we were very happy with. The whole process felt seamless from start to finish. Exceeded all expectations from start to finish.

It’s hard to convey how exceptional my experience with Sam has been. Let’s me start by saying I’ve always thought real estate agents were a bit of a joke. The greasy, money hungry slime bag stereotype is common and it’s hard to find a real human being to work with….. enter Sam Dyne His response time and communication style has been incredible. Knowledge of the current state of the market was on point too. He also gave me a realistic expectation of what my property was worth, then secured me an even better result. Couldn’t recommend Sam more highly 10/10 experience.
