We were very happy with the service Jess provided. The communication of her and her team are second to none. We were interstate sellers that weren’t getting the price we wanted initially. Jess was honest about the market and we decided to do some cosmetic renovations. Jess helped chase trades, accomodating of quotes and work, and provided almost daily photos/communication of progress. The result was a price we were very happy with, and it played it out exactly how Jess had said the market was. This resulted in a lot more work and time for Jess but got a result we were happy with. Would recommend Jess and her team to anyone.

I did my research on who might be best to represent the sale of my property. I came across Jess’s profile and set up a meeting same day. When Jess turned up she showed her experience and professionalism. Jess had a project plan and time line that covered start to finish. Jess and her team took care of everything and provided me with updates on a daily basis. As a project manager it was awesome to be able to leave everything in Jess’s capable hands.
