When we dealt with Sam we can definitely felt that we had the full attention from him, and he is offering all of his efforts and energy to help us with achieving the best outcome. Strongly recommended! The only point I would suggest is that I wouldn’t recommend to use the auctioneer recommended by the realestate agency, the auctioneer was very expensive and didn’t add any value to my case of the sale.
