Even before our sales journey started, Jess was helpful and responsive giving us rental appraisals and an understanding of the current market to help us make the decision to ultimately proceed to sell. Not once did I feel pushed into listing our home or making a decision along the way. Jess and Alex also gave us advice to assist with the purchase of our next home which was going completely over and above their remit and just demonstrated how much they care for the people they work with. Jess and Alex were thorough from our first meeting and gave us all of the information and support we needed while letting us choose how we wanted to list and approach the market based on similar properties but ultimately tailored the approach to us. I don’t plan on selling for a long, long time but I would work with Jess and the team again in a heart beat. It was our first time ever going through a sales process and thanks to the regular updates and checkins from Jess it was a smooth process and we were informed of where things were up to every step of the way. Jess also did all of the running around to keep our solicitors in the loop and took a lot of the pressure of us to pass on updates. To top it all off, we achieved the sales result we were after and even when I was stressed at times, we knew that we had Jess in our corner. Jess was always so friendly and understanding and I know our dog will miss her regular cuddles dearly!
