We have 2 rental properties that McGrath manage for us . They have done a wonderful job in the past , present and lm sure , in the future. Recently we had an issue where a currant tenant wished to move out of our property before their lease expired. No sooner did our agent find another prospective tenant to sign a lease to move in , the currant tenants informed us that they needed to stay a further 2 or 3 weeks which overlapped with the new tenants lease agreement. Within 24 hours of being informed of this dilemma, our young & very clever agent managed to delay the new tenants exiting their previous rental by liasing with their previous landlord. Problem solved. This is why we feel at ease to have McGrath manage our properties.
