Finding a decent house in the current market has become increasingly difficult. After spending 5 years renting through an agent who can only be described as unethical, questionable and borderline illegal, it has been such a breath of fresh air to be dealing with McGrath Geelong and their Newtown rentals office. The great service began with Ash who was engaging and professional and delivered on her promises. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Emily who was one of only two property managers in the whole of Geelong to actually return my call. Emily took the time to listen to our personal circumstances, my frustration in being able to find a suitable home and was even happy to speak to our Occupational Therapist about wheelchair access in our home. Emily then negotiated with a landlord who had a house that I saw allowed wheelchair access for my husband. Since taking on the lease, my property manager Megan has been patient and taken numerous phone calls to ensure our transition into our new home is as smooth as possible and nothing is too much. McGrath have exceeded my expectations and renewed my confidence and opinion of real estate agents. Thank you!
