McGrath were really easy to deal with as a tenant. Even in a time of unprecedented change, my agent and property manager have tried to make things as safe and simple as possible. Only constructive feedback I have is around half managed work (items left at the house) not being handed over during change of property manager. That said, during a time of social distancing and isolation, I don't find that to be urgent.

He has provided me with good choice of houses, by understanding my budget requirements and suitability, I have been very happy with his choices of houses he has provided me with to select.
