We were very particular in terms of prospective tenants for our property and at no times did our agent, Raj try to encourage us to take tenants that we would not be happy with, for the sake of tenanting the property quickly. At all times he communicated regularly with us and gave us good advice in terms of the rental market. When restrictions due to the covid-19 virus were coming into place he worked conscientiously to fast track applications from suitable prospective tenants and liaised with us out of normal business hours to successfully secure a tenant for us. Thank you Raj. Without your hard work and responsiveness, we could be still looking for a tenant.
