Service beyond my expectation

I was expecting more from McGraths. Apart from sporadic phone calls, at no time did I deal with the same person twice at each step of my application. The final costs to get into my rental were not the same as advertised on real-estate.com.au & I was given the usual real estate "double talk" when I questioned this at the time of my payment. The overall process was not as transparent or consistent as it should have been which left me feeling uneasy.

They made me feel very welcome and helped me through the process, which was particularly appreciated being a first-time renter. Excellent communication and highly organised.
