We enquired about a house for rent in our preferred area. We were given a time to look through the house with other prospective tenants and also some preliminary questions we had about the property were clearly and accurately answered. The agency's representative was on time to open the house for us and we were given adequate time to view the premises and made to feel welcome in the process of the viewing. Subsequently, we expressed an interest in the property and were informed a few days later that the landlord had given assent to us being the tenants. McGraths then arranged the process in a clear and professional manner. The meeting with the Leasing Agent was professional, helpful and clear. As we were first time tenants, it was very helpful to have our questions treated with respect and understanding. I have found no fault with our interactions with McGraths and based on our experience, warmly recommend the firm to others seeking a residence to lease. The agent spoke of the landlord with complete professional respect and this gave me confidence that both parties to rental agreements are being honestly and courteously engaged in the process.
