Great Agency
I've been very satisfied with McGrath Geelong as my rental property agent. They have great industry knowledge and experience. They provide a professional service to me and my tenants. They have been fantastic in organising maintenance to what is an older property. The correspondance is suitable, reliable and very pleasant. Intially Pat K was my property manager. Currently it's managed by Natalie J. Both have been excellent. Kristy B worked hard to find suitable tenants when there was a vacancy. I recommend this agency.

Hard to beat
How's this for service.... 1 advertised property on Friday 2. Open for inspection the following day 3. References checked, Deposit paid and property leased by Thursday ! It must be some sort of record. What can I say, this agency knows what they are doing.

Great result!!
Very pleased that we managed to secure a suitable tenant within a couple of weeks from making it available. Communication prior to the open was great and with their market knowledge we were able to find a tenant at the highest range of the weekly estimate. Great job.
