Right from the start, we felt comfortable knowing we were in safe hands. Brock and his team (Dan, Tegan, and more) went above and beyond in every aspect. They knew and researched the area thoroughly, constantly gave us their time to listen and ask many, many questions, and all the while sought to find us the best offer. The marketing package was outstanding, and the open home inspections were worry-free for us. Brock is an outstanding agent. He went above and beyond to help us to stage and sell our house quickly for a price a little above our expectations. ALL THIS DURING COVID! Covid hit just after signing our contract and our buyer pulled out, Brock had another contract signed for same price within 24 hours. A feat we thought impossible. Nothing but praise.
