Friendly Reliable Local Agent

Selling our home was an enjoyable experience thanks to Brock and Dan.
Brock and Dan are two of the most approachable, helpful and dedicated guys you’ll ever meet. They really made the process of selling our home so smooth and stress free, something we didn’t think was possible! They have a great work ethic and really go above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We also really liked that Brock and Dan are true locals!

If you’re still deciding whether or not to use B&D Realty, do it. From beginning to end, Brock, Dan and the team were there for our every need and every question. The team go far beyond client expectations and that’s what makes them stand out above the rest. The guys not only met our tight deadlines but communicated promptly, respectfully and honestly. They took the time to get to know us and made an exciting, yet sad journey for us as seamless as possible. Unlike with other agencies, we never felt as though the wool was being pulled over our eyes and cannot thank Brock and Dan enough selling our much loved home to allow us to purchase our dream home.

Once upon a time with Brock
Our experience with Brock was nothing but great all round, from the very start of inspecting the house to finally receiving the keys to our first home! He is very professional and easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth for us especially as its our first time dealing with buying a house. Brock and the team have executed the sale of x2 of our properties with outstanding results
When given the opportunity to review Brock and the team at BnD Reality I grabbed it with both hands because I want to not only share my experiences, but take the opportunity to give back to the gentlemen that was an integral piece of our successes. After looking at several local real estate agents to sell our first property in Narangba we came across Brock. Any one that knows the guy knows he is passionate, effectively communicates, approachable, professional, and punctual. On the first sale we hit a selling price that should never have happened for a 3 bedroom home in that area, and did it with only one open home. Then buying in Morayfield to renovate and sell 14 months later to again break records over 3 suburbs for that size home and land was simply an amazing result. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable agent
I can't recommend Brock highly enough. He was a pleasure to have as my agent, he was always friendly, cheerful, pleasant, with a great deal of knowledge for the local area. He was very helpful and insightful getting our property ready for the market, and he also delivered our asking price, which was a tough task. I've used many agents over the years, and can honestly say my relationship with Brock has been very enjoyable and would put him at the top of my list.
