Fresh Approach
We were very pleased with the fresh approach to real estate sales and marketing that Brock and Dan brought to the table when selling our home. Great agents to work with
Brock and Dan were referred to me by someone that had met them. I was just about to sign up with another agent and decided to get them out. What they proposed and the hints and tips they gave me on how to best present my house with outstanding. No one had gone that extra mile to touch on the small stuff that really does sell a property. From first meeting to selling my house was an absolute dream, it was the first house i'd sold so they were very honest and helpful throughout the whole process. The presentation of the house via the marketing was excellent and I couldn't fault them on any of the details. I have since referred them to many people looking to sell their property & if I needed to buy or sell in the future I would 100% consult them again.

Couldn't be happier
Couldn't be happier with the service that Brock and Dan provided. They went well above our expectations with their efforts to sell our home. From helping tidy up around the yard to putting on a bbq at the open homes, their approach was a lot more effective than other agents we have dealt with in past. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and got us a great result. Big thanks to Brock n Dan, we would definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends

Not impressed
Well To be honest never feel so shafted in my life thought they was doing the right thing letting us use the old building and pest only to find out its null end void on our contract Then to find out all the problems in the house i.e Stove hot plate not working Dishwasher Mould in a cupboard Air con not working properly No TV anttena And last no waste drains in the bathroom or ensuite And to think we paud extra 5000 to not show the property Nice ome guys good way to treat a returned injured veteran with 4 kids So when i finally get my head around it am going to see what can be done from Qbcc and Realq

Unable to provide us the paperwork
Great agent but couldnot provide us with the paperwork that him and the owner verbally agreed to,kept prolonging it until moving in and eventually came up with an excuse that the owner might have lost it. Owner not contactable ,stopped answering my phone. Very unprofessional. Agent was nice to deal with but disappointed at the end ,as I didn't have that verbal agreement w.r.t paperwork,written in the contract.so can't really do much about it.Didnt really want to leave a bad review for the agent but on constant prompting,I am expressing my disappointment.
