Nothing was too much trouble. I had Brock referred to me from a friend and he came highly recommended. He and his Team certainly lived up to his reputation. Apart from additional services not normally offered by Agents such as assistance in getting our house ready for sale, he was quite happy to spend time discussing our expectations and developing a marketing strategy to suit. Regular updates and feedback was supplied and he took the time to visit personally on a number of occasions to ensure we understood what was happening and where we were in the process. Right from the start Brock was very professional and honest. We were in the middle of improving our property and Brock guided us to where to best spend our time to get the most out of the property. Brock has a lot of knowledge of the industry and works hard to get the best results. B & D Realty do things a bit different then other real estates and get in and get their hands dirty to help get the property ready with gardening, yard work and styling (or whatever they can help with). Brock has a couple of guys that help but had no issues jumping in and getting dirty himself. We have a family business and know the value of a business owner putting them self into any situation to get the job done. We felt comfortable with Brock and had no doubt that he had a vested interest in getting the best result for all parties.

I was recommended B&D Realty by a friend who successfully sold their property with B&D after other agents failed. I too had failed to sell with other agents and ultimately sold through B&D. Despite my friends recommendation, what really appealed to me was B&Ds business model. It is a game changer for the industry that caters to provide an honest and customised sales experience to the seller. Dan was my main sales agent although I did engage with Brock over the phone. I found the agency & Dan To work tirelessly and earned every cent of commission if not more. We had open homes which were more like events every weekend, communication was excellent and his intelligence to be agile with the sales strategy was evident. I actually felt like I was their sole client throughout the process, which I’m sure I wasn’t but should illustrate the effort they put in. I interviewed many agents and Dan was the only one who I felt truly comfortable and trusting of.
