Easy to contact while the sale was going through but no contact since, even after leaving msgs to try and follow through with sellers instructions re mail, removal of for sale sign which 5 mths on is still here etc

They are the best. We cannot speak any higher of Brock and Dan. We met them at a local open house, and even though they were "newbies" in our area, we decided to give them a go. Nothing was too much trouble for them, their communication was excellent, they were always going the extra mile for us. They sold our house in record time, but when the original contract fell over, they already had the back up plan mobilised, and a new contract to take over. Do yourself a favour, and at least talk to the boys. You won't be sorry.
