I have been renting for over 2 decades and as such have had dealings with numerous estate agents. I can honestly say that interacting with Susan and Beachscape Property was a breath of fresh air. Susan was extremely proactive in helping us settle in our new home and ensuring it was the right fit for us. It felt like Susan was aiming for the best outcome for us, rather than just the home owner. Additionally when we exited the tenancy, the whole process was smooth and fair, without the normal attempts to extract every possible dollar from the bond. I will definitely be using and recommending Beachscape Property if in the area again.

From start to finish Susan @ Beachscape was so helpful and professional. We had pets to cater for and nothing was a hassle. Quick replies and common sense answers made our stay a delight. Id happily recommend booking through Susan anytime. The house was above our expectations. Beautiful water front views. Very clean and comfy. Look forward to visiting again soon.
