Tracy has owned and operated multiple real estate agencies throughout her career and today leads Bebold Properties, a boutique agency servicing Greater Springfield, Ripley, Ipswich and the surrounding Amberley corridor.
Recent successes include achieving strong sales and rental outcomes for clients, growing Bebold’s property management portfolio and assisting investors to review and improve the performance of their properties through strategic rental, management and acquisition advice.
Tracy’s particular areas of expertise include property investment, residential sales and negotiation, property management, portfolio performance and helping clients navigate property decisions with practical, experienced advice.
Bebold Properties also has a specialist focus on supporting Australian Defence Force personnel, veterans, emergency services and frontline workers. Coming from a Defence family herself, Tracy has a genuine understanding of the unique property needs associated with postings, relocation and owning investment property from interstate.
