Initially we simply asked for an appraisal for our property. My husband then decided to sell. Rob Flynn became our agent. We also got another local real estate company to appraise our house, but we liked the two Roberts better. Unfortunately, our house was ready to list just as COVID lockdown happened in Bega, which meant no photos were taken of our property (except one from the front). Basically our house sold because a young local couple walked into the office. So I really can't comment on how much effort was put into the sale of the property, as the ONLY people who viewed the property bought it. However, Rob liased well with my husband. He was always courteous and respectful. He communicated well and kept us informed about developments during the sale process. They also reduced the commission price by $700 because no professional photos were taken - which we thought was fair. Under difficult COVID induced circumstances we think Rob did the best he could. The chocolates and champagne to celebrate the sale were a nice touch.
