We first sold through Rob a few years ago and we were so happy with his work that we knew we would sell through him again. This time around did not disappoint. His knowledge of the market and the extra distance he goes to make us feel comfortable and up to date is second to none. He communicates equally to both me and my partner which to us, is a HUGE plus. We have experienced the difference between chalk and cheese… After six months of being minded by the equivalent of an ancient relative we employed the talents of the Robs of Bega Realty. They were like a breath of fresh air. Their enthusiasm, passion, knowledge and boundless energy was palpable from our first meeting. Their unique strategies get results. They employ professionals that present a property in its entirety, from commissioning building reports that give prospective buyers (and owners) peace of mind, immaculate photographs (that showcase your home), through to creative videos (that have a cult following)! But most of all, they gave us confidence. We went “live” on Good Friday with the “Demtel” of all advertisements and four days later, on an even better Tuesday, we had three viewing lined up. By day eleven we had selected our purchaser from two full-priced offers (with the third party prepared to go over a million) and, hey presto a record sale for our locality plus the new owners were presented with their new set of steak knives! Our For Sale sign that never had time to be placed because things moved so quickly belatedly appeared covered with a SOLD sticker...every sellers dream.
