We found Rob to be extremely professional, both in his relationship with us and with the numerous potential buyers who visited our property. His made sure that his knowledge of our rural property, including the architect, was impeccable and this was evident in the marketing campaign and in the fact that he was able to predict the selling price, to within a few per cent, six months in advance of the actual sale. At all times during the sales campaign, Rob was on the front foot with his communication. He spoke with us after potential purchaser's viewing providing valuable feedback and was up front and honest in his discussions with possible buyers. Towards the conclusion of the campaign when two potential buyers were vying for the property, Rob was able to offer us sage and timely advice which led, eventually, to the successful conclusion of the sale. At all times Rob impressed us with his professionalism and dedication to the sale of our property.
